Secondees are paired with a tutor, ensuring technical guidance and monitoring throughout the placement, alongside additional mentoring support.
Secondments focus on emerging cybersecurity areas, including but not restricted to:
Secondments take place across consortium partners and affiliated entities. Placements may occur between countries, between academia and industry, and between widening and non-widening countries. In some cases, secondments may also take place within the same country in an inter-sectoral setting (academia–industry mobility).
4 months placements (continuous or split arrangement)
Up to 37 participants across multiple talent profiles
Focus on Widening Countries
Cross-sector between Academia & Industry
Each placement follows agreed goals and milestones from your personalised development plan, with expected outputs such as papers, contributions to research activities or methodologies.
Participants join the day-to-day work of the host organisation, gaining insight into different approaches, workflows, research or innovation practices.
The experience is designed to support knowledge circulation, with participants applying the expertise gained during the secondment within their home organisation.
